Sa kabila ng pagmamaliit, mayroong lakas sa likod ng bawat hakbang. Hindi ka lang isang hiyas ng lakan kundi isa ring babaeng may ipinaglalaban.
Ang tinig mo ay ilaw ng pagbabago at pangako ng pagkapantay-pantay. Kaya sa bawat papel na iyong ginagampanan, hindi ka basta babae lang; babae kang naglilingkod, nagtataguyod at nagbibigay pag-asa—babaeng puno ng istorya.

Alyssa "Queen" Nanquil, the first chairperson of the PNU-USC Student Gender and Development Commission of PNU, blazes a trail for women to follow in the fight for gender equality in the university with her causes. In her journey as a student leader and an advocate of gender equality, her fight against discrimination reveals women's enduring struggle in a patriarchal society.
Yet, with her determination, she challenges the status quo with her advocacies and inspires women to take up space, assert their voices, and join her in pursuing a better society where gender inequality can no longer reign. A crown may gleam, but the queen's essence beams.

Growing up under the guidance of an empowered mother, Dr. Terisita Rungduin also became a strong woman with a cause, helping Filipinos become the best versions of themselves.
This inspiration led her to become the esteemed dean of the Office of Student Affairs and Student Services, a researcher of different organizations, a devoted advocate for psychology and the people, and a purpose-driven mother of her daughters. Her story inspired children and women to assert their worth and use the progressiveness of the present as means of dismantling and calling out discrimination and gender injustices.
She is the embodiment of how empowered women empower women. She is Dr. Teresita Rungduin.

Hindi lahat ng reyna ay nakaupo sa palasyo. Ang iba ay dumidisiplina at nagseserbisyo. Hindi ka ilaw lamang ng tahanan, kundi isang matatag na protektor ng pamayanan.
Ito ang kwentong lakas at kaayusan ni Grace Sarmiento o mas kilala sa bansag na 'Ate Grasya' --- isa sa mga larawan ng disiplina't respeto sa loob ng Inang Pamantasan. Sa kabila ng labinganim na taong paglilingkod sa mga guro at magiging guro, hindi mapagkakaila ni Ate Grasya ang iba't ibang karanasan bilang babae: mga 'di makakalimutan - maganda man o pagdududa sa kaniyang kakayahan.
Ngunit hindi naging at magiging hadlang ang mga nakasanayang pamantayan upang magtiwala sa sariling kakayahan at lagpasan ang bawat suliranin.
Ang lakas ni Ate Grasya ay isang pahayag na ang lakas ng bawat babaeng minaliit sa propesiyon ay handang ipakita ang lakas na hindi magpapatalo. Dahil kung kinakaya niya, kakayanin mo rin.
